The ATMC 2019 Annual Conference will be held in Grapevine, Texas (Dallas) at the Hilton DFW Lakes Conference Center from April 9 to April 11, 2019. You must be a member to attend, but there are no additional conference fees required. Join us for a unique learning and networking opportunity as training managers and developers from both the OEMs and aftermarket come together to use their collective knowledge to solve shared problems and look into the future of training. 


The conference center is a 4 star property situated on 40 acres just 2.5 miles from DFW Airport. They offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. A special room rate of $189.00 is available to those who make their reservations with the hotel by March 19, 2019. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee room availability and the rate will be their normal rate. This year, for the first time, the ATMC Conference will feature learning tracks for both training managers and training developers. The topics for the developer's workshops will include:

  • Creating, editing, and publishing your own In-house training videos for quick delivery
  • Best practices for development and delivery of Virtual Classroom Training
  • An ASE-led session on writing effective test questions
  • Maximizing the use of your LMS

Sessions for Training Managers will include:

- What strategies can we use to adapt to rapidly changing technology?

- What will be the influences on technician training in 2030?

- Addressing the technician shortage through apprenticeships 

- Fake Training... Why didn't we get the result we intended?
